The North Central Wheel Horse Events Club is a group of enthusiasts in the upper Mid-west, many of whom find the trip to the annual All Wheel Horse Show put on by the Wheel Horse Collectors Club in Arendtsville, Pennsylvania a bit far.  There is an annual show currently hosted by the LeSueur Pioneer Power Association in LeSueur, Minnesota in August.  Everyone who can attend is welcome, club membership is not required to display.

Clicking this image will take you to the Club website.  Most club information and activity is in the club forum.  Check it out!

Books

Picture
This book is a pretty good resource for the average Wheel Horse collector.  Written by a collector who was able to get his information directly from Cecil Pond, the inventor of the Wheel Horse.  This book is out of print, as is the second edition.  Occasionally it can be found online on an ebay auction, or through Amazon's listings with used book stores.  Be warned though... If you're looking to buy a copy, it's going to be expensive!!

This book is a good book for anyone interested in the history of Garden Tractors.  It was written by Oscar Will III, who has also written several other books on tractors.  This book is still currently available at your local bookstore, or online.
